We want to make your experience with us a fantastic one, so if you're not satisfied with your order (with certain guidelines as detailed below), please feel free to send it back!

 

Returns

If you're not happy with your order, you have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. However, unless there's a defect with the clothing, you'll be responsible for return shipping. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge.

To be eligible for a return, your purchase must be unwashed, unstained or otherwise undamaged. Your returned item needs to include a printout of the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you realize you've submitted an order incorrectly, please let us know immediately so we can hold your order. If you wait too long, your order will process and ship. Once shipped, we cannot retract the order.

 

Refunds

Once we've received your return, we'll inspect it and notify you of receipt. If the returned purchase adheres to our return policy, we'll issue a refund immediately. We don't have any control over how long it takes for a refund to post to your credit card (or other) account. Please consult with your bank for this information.

 

Shipping

Once an order is placed, it usually ships in 1-2 business days. Shipping can take 1-7 business days, but generally only takes 1-3 days. If you receive a refund for a return that's not due to a defect, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
